Charlotte L. Harrer, born Oct. 7, 1947 , a former resident of Mesquite, Nevada, lost the battle to cancer on the 23rd day of February, 2019 at Partners in Care in Bend, Oregon.
She is survived by her son, John J. Harrer, daughter, Daryl A. Harrer, and her grandkids; Larry J. Young, and Machaela M. McIntire.
