On Tuesday, May 26, Mesquite Police Narcotics Detectives concluded an investigation into the sales and trafficking of heroin.  The detectives had been investigating multiple suspects from the Southern Utah area who have been known to traffic heroin to the Mesquite area with the intent to sell.  At around midnight, MPD Detectives arrested three of the suspects.

Ricky WelshRicky Welsh, 59, of St. George, Utah, was arrested and charged with: Felony sales of a controlled substance (heroin) and felony conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.

 

 

Jason GublerJason Gubler, 33, of St. George, Utah, was arrested and charged with: Felony sales of a controlled substance (heroin) and felony conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.

 

 

Christopher SisnerosChristopher Sisneros, 49, of St. George, Utah, was arrested and charged with: Felony possession of a controlled substance (heroin) with intent to sell, felony sales of a controlled substance (Heroin), and felony conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.
