Lady Bulldog Taylor Bryant ended her Bulldog career at VVHS with two second place finishes at the Nevada State 1-A track meet last Friday and Saturday in Las Vegas. Bryant placed second in the 100 meter high hurdles with a career best 16:07 time. Bryant also took the silver medal in the pole vault with a leap of 9.9 feet. Bryant’s sister, sophomore Dylan, added points for the Bulldogs with a seventh place finish in the event. “Our girls had a terrific season,” said Bulldog coach Gary Hartman. “Taylor had a great meet with two second place finishes despite battling injuries for the past two weeks.”

Despite falling, Bulldog Kai Mitchell finished in seventh place in the 300 meter hurdles on the men’s side.
