The Departments purpose is to provide opportunities where youth can learn the fundamentals of a sport and learn sportsmanship through participation. SPRING WATER PROGRAMS 2015
The Mesquite Recreation Center is offering several water programs; the outdoor pool is available for lap swimmers on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5 – 6:45 a.m. This time is designed for a total workout that is controlled by the participant which gives them an opportunity to refine their strokes.
Another way to get your workout before going to work is being part of the Deep Water Aerobics & Water Aerobics class which is offered 6 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7-7:45 a.m. in the outdoor pool and at 8–8:45 a.m. at the outdoor pool.
