12 to 18 Kings Hawaiian Rolls

PREPARATION:

Mushrooms:  Saute mushrooms in butter with a dash of salt.

Kings Hawaiian Rolls:  Toast buns.  (You can use a grill pan or a large skillet.)

Beef Patties:  Mix together ground beef, 2 to 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce, Italian Spice, onion and garlic well.  Form into patties approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter.

You could use a 2-inch cookie cutter to form the patties, Provolone and Pepperoni to fit the Hawaiian Rolls.

To assemble sliders:  On both sides of each bun spread 1 to 3 teaspoons of spaghetti sauce and grated cheese.  Place cooked beef patty on bottom half of each bun along with the provolone and pepperoni.  Place mushrooms and olives on top half of each bun.  Combine top and bottom halves and enjoy.
