Nov. 10:

Driving Under the Influence: Officer was informed by Security of a local casino, a male who they had stopped from drinking alcohol left the casino and drove away at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was later located, and the driver was arrested for DUI.

Bomb Threat or Attack: Officer responded to report of an alleged pending bomb threat. Officer gathered all information and notified the respectful agencies.

Transport: An officer transported one male adult to CCDC without an incident.

Nov. 11:

Suspicious Person: Officer was patrolling public parks when he discovered four juveniles loitering

in the park after curfew. The four juveniles were cited for curfew and released to the parents.

Domestic Violence: Officers responded to a local residence reference a report of a domestic battery. One male was arrested for domestic battery 3rd and transported to Clark County Detention Center for felony charges.

Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: An officer gathered information on report of a traffic accident involving a

pedestrian.

Phone Harassment: Officers expounded to a residence and took a report on suspicious activity.

Fraud: Report taken of attempted unauthorized use of a financial transaction device.

Controlled Substance Problem: An officer responded to a local motel, and collected suspected illicit drug

paraphernalia.

Minor Gambling: Responded to local casino on report of underage gambling. Issued one citation to 18-year-old female.

Traffic Stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. The driver, who had multiple failure to appear warrants in Nevada, was arrested for traffic offenses due to the active warrants.

Threatening: Officers responded to a residence and took a report of a violation of a

restraining order which occurred in another jurisdiction.

Nov.12

Fraud: A report was taken for the unauthorized use of a debit/credit card. The victim

was provided an incident number per the request of the bank.

Suspicious Person: Officer completed a report of a suspicious incident.

Traffic Stop:  An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. The male driver was found to be an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. The male was arrested for the offense.

Nov.13

Robbery: A Sandhill Blvd. business reported to have been robbed. Officer converged in the area, but was unable to located the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

Wanted Person: While Officers were looking for a crime suspect they questioned three individuals in the area. During the questioning one of the individuals had an outstanding warrant out of Mesquite Municipal Court. The individual was taken into custody.

Intoxicated Person: Officers responded to a casino on a report of an intoxicated person. A report

was completed.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino for a trespass incident. One adult female was

issued a citation for trespassing.

Juvenile Problem: A juvenile male was arrested for domestic battery.

Background Investigation: A Detective completed a City of Mesquite mobile food vendor license background

investigation.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino in reference to a trespass violator. One male

adult was arrested for trespassing and breach of peace.

Nov. 14:

Controlled Substance Problem: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a violation. The male driver was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Controlled Substance Problem: Officers arrested an adult male for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Background Investigation: A Detective completed a City of Mesquite mobile food vendor license background investigation.

Hit & Run: An officer was dispatched to a local address, in reference to a hit and run traffic accident.

Traffic Stop: Detectives conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, which resulted in 2 arrests

for high level trafficking a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Nov. 15:

Welfare Check: Officers responded to the parking lot of a business in reference to a welfare check on a male slumped over in the driver seat of a car. The male was arrested for the illegal possession of drugs, paraphernalia and firearms.

Trespassing: An officer was dispatched to a local casino, in reference to a trespass.  An

adult male subject was cited and released for trespassing.

Lost Property: Officer completed a lost property report.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to an intersection reference a two vehicle accident with no injuries. One adult male was issued a citation for traffic offenses.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to a property damage accident located at Pioneer Blvd and

Mesa Blvd.

Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: Officers took a report for a traffic accident with two vehicle involved.

Wanted Person: Mesquite Officers located a male adult with an active warrant. The male adult was taken into custody and transport to the mesquite Detention Center.

Traffic Stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop. One male was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Driving Under the Influence: An officer conducted a traffic stop after observing a driver holding an open container of alcohol. The male driver was arrested for DUI and driving without a driver’s license and the female passenger was issued a citation for open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

Nov. 16:

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: An officer was dispatched to a local business, in reference to property damage. An adult male subject was taken into custody for a local misdemeanor warrant.

Indecent Exposure: Officers observed an intoxicated male urinating in a business parking lot. The male was cited and released for urinating in public.

Controlled Substance Problem: Officer responded to a local business and collected found property.

Theft from Vehicle: Officers responded to a local apartment complex and gathered information for a

theft incident report.

Trespassing: An officer was dispatched to a local casino, in reference to a trespass.  An adult female subject was cited and released for trespassing.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a local business on a reported trespassing. One male was escorted out of the building and left the business.
