Oct. 13:

Hemorrhage: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded to a person with a hemorrhage. Rescue 11 transported one person to Mesa View Hospital.

Chest Pain: Rescue 31 Rescue 32 responded to the reports of a person having chest pain. Patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Regional.

Oct. 14:

Fire: Chief 2, Battalion 3, Engine 31, Engine 11, Rescue 31, Rescue 12 and assistance from Beaver Dam fire responded to the reports of an active wildland fire with positive flames and smoke on I-15. Companies that responded were able to contain and extinguish fire.

Breathing: Rescue 11, Rescue 32 and Battalion 3 responded to a person having breathing problems. Rescue 11 cleared the scene after one person signed against medical advice.

Oct. 15:

Unconscious: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded to the reports of an unconscious victim. Patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Regional.

MVA with Injury: Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to a vehicle accident involving a motor home and a motorcycle. One patient was treated but refused transport to a hospital for further evaluation.

Oct. 16:

Sick Person: Rescue 11 responded to a report of a person whose tongue was stuck on a piece of dental equipment. No medical assessment requested. Public assist only.

Vehicle Fire: Engine 31 and Rescue 31 responded to a report of a vehicle fire. On scene it was found that a vehicle engine had overheated, no fire.

Oct. 17:

Sick Person: Rescue 11 responded to a report of a sick person. One patient was treated and transported to Dixie Regional Medical Center.

Cardiac Arrest: Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to a Cardiac Arrest. Resuscitation was attempted but was unsuccessful.

Oct. 18:

Breathing: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded to a call for difficulty breathing. Patient refused transport and signed against medical advice.

Trauma: Rescue 11 responded to reports of a person with a hand injury. The patient was transported to Mesa View hospital.

Trauma: Rescue 11 responded to the reports of minor trauma. Patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Regional for further medical assessment.
