On Tuesday, November 24, Mesquite Police Narcotics Detectives concluded their investigation into two Mesquite residents who were allegedly selling methamphetamines out of their home. In the morning of November 24, the Mesquite SWAT team served a high-risk search warrant at the meth dealers’ residence. During the execution of the search warrant, both drug dealers were located and safely taken into custody. Narcotics Detectives also discovered additional illegal narcotics, as well as stolen credit cards and checkbooks inside the residence.

Fredrick KuhnFredrick Kuhn, 22, of Las Vegas Nevada, was arrested and charged with: Two felony counts of sales of a controlled substance (meth), two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth), two felony counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, one felony count of opening or maintaining a place for unlawful sales of controlled substance, three felony counts of unlawful possession of a credit card without owner’s consent, one gross misdemeanor count of attempting to exploit an elderly person, one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, and five misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kuhn was also charged with a felony probation violation out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Taylor SloanTaylor Sloan, 20, of Littlefield Arizona, was arrested and charged with: Two felony counts of sales of a controlled substance (meth), two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth), two felony counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, one felony count of opening or maintaining a place for unlawful sales of controlled substance, three felony counts of unlawful possession of a credit card without owner’s consent, one gross misdemeanor count of attempting to exploit an elderly person, one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, and five misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both Kuhn and Sloan had just recently moved into a home inside the city of Mesquite, and allegedly immediately began attempting to sell methamphetamines to local residents. Within a week of Kuhn and Sloan moving to the area, the Mesquite Police Department Narcotics Detectives had initiated their investigation. Thanks to their quick and thorough investigation, they were able to quickly take these two dangerous people into custody. Both Kuhn and Sloan were transported and booked into the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas Nevada.
