Some calls that Mesquite Fire and Rescue receives are not always included in the report, as a synopsis is not received. To show the amount of work our Fire and Rescue workers do, we are including a weekly roster of stats. There were 40 calls this week:

Aug. 18:
Sick Person: Rescue 11 responded for a sick person. Patient was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
MVA with Injury: Engine 31, Rescue 31 and Rescue 11 responded to a MVA rollover with injuries. 1 patient was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital. 4 patients refused care.
Aug. 19:
Hemorrhage: Rescue 11 and Rescue 12 responded for a report of 2 people sick. Both units transported 1 patient each to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Patient Transport: Rescue 33 transported 1 patient from Mesa View Hospital to Dixie Regional Medical Center.
Aug. 20:
Unconscious: Rescue 11 and Rescue 31 responded to the reports of an unconscious victim. One Pt was transported to a local hospital.

Stroke (CVA): Rescue 11 and Rescue 12 responded to a stroke. One person was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Sick Person: Rescue 32 responded to a report of a Sick Person. Patient refused transport to a hospital and signed out against medical advice.
Aug. 23:
Diabetic: Rescue 31 and Rescue 32 dispatched to the report of a diabetic problem. No patient was found.
Aug. 24:
Sick Person: Rescues 11 and 32 responded to a report of a Sick Person. One patient was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Convulsions: Rescue 11 and Engine 31 responded to a person possibly having a seizure. One person was transported by Rescue 11 to Mesa View Regional.
