April 28:
Trespassing: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. casino for a trespass violator. Upon arrival a male was observed in the casino who was previously trespassed. Security signed a complaint for the trespass violation. The subject was arrested and transported to the Mesquite Detention Center and booked.
DUI: Officers responded to a report of a intoxicated male driving a pickup truck with a flat tire. The male was located and arrested for DUI.
Domestic violence w/ Weapon: Officers responded to a domestic battery at a residence. One female adult was arrested.
Found property: Officer found a passport in the roadway while on another incident. Passport was placed in safe keeping.
Theft: A report was taken for a prior theft. The suspect has been identified and the
incident will be forwarded to investigations.
April 29:
Juvenile problem: Officers issued a citation to a female juvenile for causing a disturbance at a
local school.
Traffic stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop for a speeding violation. The male subject was
arrested for DUI.
April 30:
Theft from vehicle: Officers responded to a theft from vehicle call.
Traffic stop: Officers contacted an adult female who was arrested for Felony Warrant.
Person on foot: An officer conducted a contact with a male adult walking in the center of the
roadway.
Truancy: One juvenile male was cited for truancy.
Person on foot: Officers contacted two suspicious male adults in a public park. Both males were arrested for intoxication.
Suspicious person: Responded to a report of harassment. Spoke with R/P who advised that and adult male has left her notes and bothers her coworkers. Report taken.
Theft: Officers took a report for a local company that is having mail stolen.
Theft: A male adult was arrested for theft of property and trespass. He was transported to the Mesquite Detention Center and booked.
May 1:
Truancy: Mesquite Officer responded to a local school reference a truant student.
Truancy: Mesquite Police Officer responded to a local school reference a truant student.
Assault: Officers took a report of battery.
Trespassing: An officer responded to a casino reference a report of a trespass violator. One male was cited and released for trespassing.
DUI: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. One adult female was arrested for driving under the influence.
Fraud: Officers took a report of credit card theft, investigation is ongoing.
May 5:
Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino in reference to a male urinating on a building. One male adult was cited and released for public urination.
Missing persons: Mesquite officer responded to a Myan Cir business reference a mother and her son who was reported missing. With the assistance of multiple agencies the mother and son were located and returned to their family.
Traffic accident w/o injury: Officers responded to a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident. One male was cited.
Fraud: Officers responded to the Mesquite Police Department reference a fraud. A report was completed.
Custody issue: Officers took a report regarding a custody issue. The incident was documented.
May 3:
Found property: Mesquite officer responded to a Myan Cir business reference a found bicycle.
K9 Search: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic offense. During the traffic stop a drug sniffing K9 was deployed and gave a positive alert to the odor of illegal narcotics. The female driver was cited for illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Wanted person: Officers responded to a Canyon View Way residence reference a paper service. One adult male was arrested on an active warrant out of the Mesquite Municipal Court.
Wanted person: An officer contacted a female who had a warrant out of the Mesquite Municipal Court. The female was arrested for the warrant.
Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino hotel room in reference to a dog biting another
dog. One male adult was cited and released for a dog at large.
Burglary: Officers responded to a Condor St. residence on a call of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was
later recovered and one Female was arrested for multiple felony charges.
Theft: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. residence in reference to a theft of firearms. This
investigation is ongoing.
April 4:
Lost property: Officers took a report of lost property.
Property damage, non -vandalism: Officers responded to a community reference a property damage.
