Liquid Health, that’s the name of the company but don’t go there to apply, you won’t find much yet but they’re working hard to bring their production warehouse and distribution to Mesquite. They are in the former Do-it-Best Lumbar center on Cimerron Court, off West Pioneer Boulevard. They’ve got both buildings and a lot of square feet to work with.
They already have a handful of employees and were looking for more when Nexeo appeared at the recent job fair, which was hosted by Mesquite Works and the Rising Star Sports Ranch.
Nexeo is the employment company you want to look toward if you are looking for work with Liquid Health.
Nexeo offers salaries that range anywhere from $9-$11 an hour and benefits from day one. Your employment will initially be under Nexeo but in 90 days you’ll be eligible to become a member of the Liquid Health team permanently, if you prove yourself.

Who is going to move their family and relocate to Mesquite for $9 hour? I wish this company well but it will be difficult for them to find good dependable employees at their current wage scale.
I agree. There are a lot of jobs for 12 to $13 an hour doing manual labor in Mesquite, Nevada.
You are both right, However, there are also plenty of employees here making even less than $9-$11 an hour. Also, as it says that is starting wage while you are working as a temp employee through the agency. Typically, companies pay the agency 50% above your pay scale for finding them employees and handling their insurance and payroll problems during your probationary period. This means the company is really paying $13.50-$16.50 per hour for you as a unskilled probationary employee.
You keep your nose clean and do a good job for 90 days and you will probably have a decent job with benefits and at a higher pay scale. Plus as in almost any job, there is always room for advancement based on skill, experience and education. Everyone has to start somewhere, and this certainly sounds like a good opportunity for people willing to work hard and get ahead.
It sure beats working for the casinos at or near minimum wage with no raise in years. I get so tired of people complaining there is no work in Mesquite then when a company invests big money in our city and brings new jobs here, people say it’s not good enough. When will people learn that entry level jobs start at entry level pay. It’s up to you to advance from there by hard work and determination. I started out as a kid working for less than $2.00 an hour, but not for long. In every job I ever had I climbed the ladder to financial security fairly quickly.
It’s actually real simple, you do a good job, you take on more opportunities, learn new skills. accept more responsibilities, and you make more money. Or you can just accept minimum wage at McDonald’s or a casino in your 50’s, it’s really up to you.
