The Virgin Valley Heritage Museum and Virgin Valley Historical Society are teaming up to host a Dutch oven cooking event. Local Dutch oven aficionado Sam Reber will share his knowledge and great Dutch oven cooking skills on Saturday, Dec. 17 from 1 to 3 at the Pavilion behind the Museum.
Come and learn one of the ways early settlers prepared their food. This is a free, family activity. Participants are encouraged to bring something to sit on.
