Right now, it’s business as normal for Domino’s Pizza at the east end of Bowler Plaza, 360 N Sandhill Blvd Suite 3, but in the coming months that will change.
Current managers Jodi Garner and Doug Reed announced Feb. 11 that they will be relocating to the corner space where Jadde Sports once was before closing in 2014. The move is part of Domino’s corporate requirements to update all stores to include an eat-in feature. Doing so requires many stores to either build-out or relocate.
They hope to start construction on a redesign of the new location in April and be moved in by June with full operations.
“We want to make the spot more inviting for our customers, so we’re doing a full dine-in as well as a bigger group room,” said Garner. “Our customers will be able to see how we do what we do, too.”
Expanding to the new location will also include more staff with as many as five more than the 10 employees they currently have. Garner said that they are striving to correct previous incidents that involved former managers and to improve their products and customer service. “We actually had a visit from the health department yesterday [Feb.11] and didn’t have any demerits. We are working hard to provide the best for the community, and we’re committed to that,” Garner said.
