Gary is s a first cousin. Wespent spent most of our childhood years living next door. We fished, hunted, played all sports and explored the out-of-doors in the river bottoms and mountains that surrounded the small Sanpete County Town of Sterling. As the years moved on, we pursued different paths and had only limited contact. I did follow Gary’s professional career and was aware that public bodies for whom he worked greatly valued his component service. I wish the very best for Gary’s children and grandchildren
