Boot Camp Fitness is a unique style of physical fitness for participants of all levels by providing drills in an exciting atmosphere with the discipline and structure. A motivated and energetic group environment is created where each participant rises to their potential and is accountable to their own goals. 

Lose weight and tone-up. Look and feel better than ever before and improve your fitness and stamina. The goal of this class is to improve the overall health and fitness of each individual by enhancing their muscular strength, muscle endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, and fat loss.

Classes will be held at the Mesquite Recreation Center and taught by Weston Welch a certified instructor. He recommends you wear comfortable clothing, proper shoes, bring a bottle of water and a towel. Classes will be Monday, Wednesday evenings at 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Saturday from 9:15 a.m. to 10a.m.
