Aquatic Total Fitness uses principals of fitness training to improve cardio respiratory, flexibility and muscular resistance and aerobic endurance. It is recommended for participants of all fitness levels and abilities, including those new to water exercise. Class begins this month.

Water resistance from all direction allows for an all-over body workout and burns twice as many calories as walking on land. Classes will be held at the Mesquite Recreation Center Indoor Pool area and taught by Weston Welch a certified instructor. Welch recommends you bring a bottle of water and a towel.

Classes will be Monday and Wednesday evenings from 4:15 p.m. to 5 p.m.
