Dr. Asma Habib, medical director at Highland Manor of Mesquite, has been named provider of the quarter by HealthInsight Nevada’s Admissions and Transitions Optimization Program (ATOP).
HealthInsight Nevada is a private, nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to improving health and health care in the state. Its ATOP program focuses on reducing hospitalizations for patients in nursing facilities. Patient order sets, evidence-based clinical checklists that drive best practices at the point of care, help providers reach that goal.
