The Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery celebrated the winners of “It’s My Birthday” exhibition on Thursday evening, July 23, with ribbons and cash awards.   Barbara Ellestad sponsored the exhibition that concluded July 25.  She named a watercolor collage flag, “Still Hanging In There,” by Jan Stensland, as her Sponsor’s Choice ribbon winner.

Winner of the coveted People’s Choice ribbon is Floyd Johnson, for his color pencil portrait of Louie Armstrong.
