He is survived by his Father, his Mother and stepfather, and his half brother Nicholas Garret Hardy. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Paul Arthur Swope and Larry M. Hardy; and his grandmother, Grace L. Hardy. He is survived by his parents, his brother, and his grandmother, Vicky Swope.

He was a devoted friend, son, and brother. Kelvyn enjoyed many sports and excelled at his passion, basketball. He also enjoyed track, football, baseball, weightlifting, and skateboarding. He loved the outdoors and animals, especially his canine companion, Lil.

Kelvyn was a compassionate, loving, friendly, and helpful, man, loved and admired by all who knew him. He had faith and a testimony in the gospel of Jesus Christ. He had a kinship with old and young. His untimely death has left us with a gaping emptiness.

All of his friends, family, and extended family should know that Kelvyn loved them all dearly.
