The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) announces that southbound Interstate-15 will be reduced to one travel lane between Mile Markers 93 and 95 starting at 6:00 a.m., February 5, until 4:00 p.m., February 12.

The southbound I-15 on- and -off ramps will be closed too, with the Glendale Exit suggested as an alternate.

Contractor, Las Vegas Paving, is performing a $35.6-million, 26-mile-long resurfacing of I-15 from Dry Lakes to the Logandale/Overton interchange. The project, which began in January 2014, is expected to finish in May. Motorists are advised to use caution, heed construction signage and take alternate routes, if possible.
