Ann grew up on a family farm in Wisconsin, and has lived in 7 states, but now is a desert rat in Nevada. She loves the weather, the vibe of the West, and the small town atmosphere of Mesquite. You might see her hiking, walking her rescue dogs, or dancing to the Elvis tribute artist at the local casino. Mostly you will see her teaching fitness of all types, inspiring and motivating all to be in better health. Ann travels a great deal, especially to exotic places. She has owned a bed and breakfast, worked in a lobbying firm in Washington D.C., and was a fitness guru for the Ritz Carlton. She has a big family of “bonus” children, grand children and great grand children.
