Miscellaneous CAD Call Record: Officer took a report of a suspicious incident.

Traffic Stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. The driver was arrested for an active warrant from the Mesquite Municipal Court.

Wanted Person: An adult male was taken into custody for an active bench warrant. He was booked into the Mesquite Detention Center.

Jan. 6:

Hit & Run: Officers responded to a gas station and took a report of a hit and run.

Lost Property: Officer responded to take a report of lost property.

Hit & Run: Officer responded to a hit & Run in a retail parking lot. Information was gathered and a report was taken.

Traffic Stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop and issued one citation.

Lost Property: Officer took a report of lost property.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officer took a report of property damage which occurred at a W. Mesquite Blvd. business.

Court Order: Officers responded to a Grapevine Rd. residence and took a report of an applicant of a TPO attempted to contact the Adverse Party. This investigation is still ongoing.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officer responded to a report of damage to a vehicle. Photos were taken and a incident created.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officer responded to a property damage call. The reporting person stated someone had hit her vehicle then left. She heard the collision but was able to see what vehicle it was when she went outside to check her vehicle. The RP was given an incident# to report it to her insurance.

Stolen Vehicle: A report was taken for a stolen vehicle. The victim was provided a business card with the incident.

Jan. 7:

Found Property: Officers retrieved found property from a Falcon Ridge Pkwy gas station. The property was placed in safekeeping.

Threatening: Officers responded to a medical clinic and took a report of threatening. The medical staff did not want to press any charges.

Theft from Vehicle: Officer responded to a local business and took a report of a theft from vehicle.

Threatening: Officers responded to the police department and took a report of threatening text messages.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers responded to a residence and took a report of a property damage.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officer completed a property damage report.

 

 

Found Property: Officer completed a found property report.

Traffic Stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop. One male was taken into custody.

Jan. 9:

SRO Related Activity: One juvenile male was suspended for high school campus safety issues.

Traffic Stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic offense. One adult male was issued a citation for drug paraphernalia and released.

Lost Property: Officers completed a report of lost property.

Agency Assistance: Officers took a report for a female who was found deceased in her W. Mesquite Blvd. hotel room.

Theft from Vehicle: Officers completed a report in reference to a theft from vehicle.

Theft: Officer completed a stolen bicycle report.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers took a report for an auto burglary that occurred on a public roadway.

Jan.10:

Person on Foot: Detective contacted an adult male with an active Mesquite Municipal Court Warrant. The male was arrested and transported to the jail.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers completed a report of property damage.

Agency Assistance: An officer was dispatched to a local address, in reference to an agency assist.

Jan.11:

Stolen Vehicle: Officers responded to a Desert Winds Way residence in reference to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen and a report was completed.

Agency Assistance: Officers took a report for an adult male who was pronounced deceased in his home.

Citizen Assist: A wallet was located at a local events complex. Wallet was turned over to police and booked in as found property.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino in reference to a trespass violator. One adult female was issued a citation for trespassing and released.
