Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue (PVDR) is inviting the public to spend Christmas with the Donkeys. This is an open house event and completely free to the public.
Volunteers and owners of PVDR would like to thank all community members for their continued support of the rescue, so come on out and spend some holiday time with the Donkeys.
The event will take place on Dec. 14 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Mesquite time, noon-3 p.m. Arizona time.
Complimentary hot dogs and refreshments will be provided. Pictures will be available with Santa and his Donkey, his Mesquite travel partner. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, a ribbon cutting and tours of the new training center.
Directions to the rescue: Travel East on Hillside Dr. Turn right on Scenic Blvd. Turn right on Elbow Canyon. Turn left on Mountain Pine and follow the signs to the event.
