Oct. 20:
Theft: An officer responded to a local business, in reference to a theft.
Minor Gambling: An officer responded to a local casino for report of minor gambling. One
citation was issued.
Civil Matter: Officers responded to a civil call over the telephone. Information was
gathered for report.
Threatening: An officer gathered information on a threatening report that took place at a
local business.
Traffic Stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. One adult female was arrested for possession of Heroin, and two males were arrested for drug paraphernalia and theft charges.
Person on Foot: An officer observed a male smoking marijuana in a public place. The male was cited and released for the violation.
Theft: An officer was dispatched to a local convenient store, reference theft of property. The suspect was located and arrested for warrants and other unrelated charges.
Oct. 21:
Theft from Vehicle: Officers responded to a business regarding a theft from a motor vehicle. Information was gathered for report.
Traffic accident W/O injury: An officer responded to report of a vehicle collision at an intersection. One citation was issued.
Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers responded to a residence regarding property damage. Information was gathered for report.
Sexual Assault: Officer took a report of possible sexual assault. Investigation is ongoing.
Oct. 22:
Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino to assist casino security in trespassing a male. The male refused to leave property and was arrested for trespassing.
Traffic Stop: Officer conducted a vehicle stop for a traffic offense. A female adult was issued a citation for three traffic offenses.
Controlled Substance Problem: Officers responded to a grocery store reference a theft. One male adult was arrested for Trafficking Methamphetamine.
Oct. 23:
Threatening: Officers arrested an adult male who was involved in a threatening call. The male was also cited for obstruction and Misuse of Emergency Services.
Traffic Stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop on an adult male, one male was arrested for
DUI.
Weapon Offense: Officers were dispatched to a Mesa Blvd. address, in reference to a weapons offense.
Oct. 24:
Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers responded to a local hotel, in reference to a property damage call. An adult female subject was cited and released for trespassing. An adult male subject was cited and released for destroy property of another <$650.00.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers took a report for a minor accident that occurred in the roundabout between 2 vehicles.
Suspicious Person: Officer received information reference suspicious emails being sent to city hall employees. A report was taken.
Traffic Stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic offence. The driver was arrested for an active warrant.
Oct. 25:
Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: Officers responded to a single vehicle accident. One male was transported to hospital for accident related injuries.
Wanted Person: Officer transported a male adult from Clark County Detention Center to Mesquite Detention Center for three active warrants.
Person on Foot: Officers contacted an individual walking down the roadway after a suspicious incident.
Domestic Violence: Officers responded to a local business on a domestic call. Information was gathered for a report.
Oct. 26:
Traffic Stop: An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, an adult female subject, was taken into custody for DUI-Alcohol and a traffic violation.
Controlled Substance Problem: Officers responded to a business regarding drug paraphernalia located on the property. Information was gathered for report.
Assault/Battery: Officers responded to an assault. This investigation is still ongoing.
Assault: Officer responded to report of an assault. Investigation continues.
Vandalism: Officers responded to graffiti at a public park. Photographs were captured for report.
Verbal Disturbance: Officers responded to a verbal dispute. Upon arrival the parties were already separated. The investigation resulted in one of the parties being cited for battery.
