Featured Dog Willie
Willie was on his own for a few weeks. He is a loving boy that is a little nervous in his new environment. Once he is out and about, he does great! Willie knows sit, lay down, and he walks very well on a leash. He is a strong, happy dog that LOVES his belly rubbed. He does well with other dogs and seems to be house-trained.

Meg – Calico Friendly. Plays with toys. Very laid back. Loves being brushed. Talkative
Paris- Special diet. She would do best in home with no other cats. Not a lap cat but enjoys attention.
Izzy- She is shy but loves attention and playing with toys. Great cat
Tony- 4 month old tabby and white kitten Shy and easily handled. Loves to play and be snuggled.
Magnus – Super nice cat. Needs daily medication. Has slight neurological condition. Plays and runs
Bandit- 5 months old black/white kitten. Loves to play. Friendly
Bella – Beautiful tortoiseshell colors. Full of energy. Likes to play and snuggle
All animals adopted from the shelter will be spayed or neutered prior to leaving shelter and receive 1 year rabies vaccination and city license. Ages are approximate. The City of Mesquite Animal Shelter located at 795 Hardy Way is open for adoptions from 8:00 am until 4 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), Saturday 11am-1pm , Sunday 1pm -3pm.
