June 9:
Traffic Stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop, during an investigation a large amount of
methamphetamine was found. Two adults were arrested for trafficking of
methamphetamine.
Missing Person: Responded to a keep the peace. R/P had not seen son since 06/04/2019 in St
George, Utah. Requested a missing person report be taken.
Suspicious Vehicle: Officers arrested an adult male for being intoxicated in a public park.
Domestic Trouble: A female on Pulsipher Ln. reported domestic battery with strangulation. The alleged suspect was gone upon arrival. Report was taken and there is probable cause (PC) for arrest.
June 10:
Found Person: Responded to report of found person.
Fraud: An officer responded to a local residence to take a report of fraudulent charges
to a credit card.
Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers took a report for graffiti that was placed on the property of a W. Pioneer Blvd.
car wash.
Fraud: Officer completed a fraud report.
June 11:
Intoxicated Person: Officers located three underage males fighting at a local park. Two of the males
received citations and were released with a court date. The third male was arrested and transported to CCJH.
Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers responded to a town wash near local public parks walking trail in reference to property damage.
Trespassing: Officer responded to a local casino in reference to a trespass violator. One
male adult was arrested for trespass.
Controlled Substance Problem: An officer responded to a Highland Dr. business for suspicious items.
Runaway Juvenile: Officer responded to Mesquite PD in reference to a runaway juvenile. The
juvenile was entered NCIC as missing person. Attempts to locate the missing juvenile are ongoing.
Person on Foot: Officers arrested two adult male’s for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of narcotics.
Theft: Officer completed a bicycle theft report on N. Sandhill Blvd.
Trespassing: A male adult was arrested for trespassing.
Wanted Person: Officers responded to reports of a minor gambling at a casino on E Pioneer Blvd. The female was identified, and Officers learned she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and transported to the Mesquite Detention Center.
June 12:
Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: An officer responded to a local wash and walking trail to take a report of property damage and graffiti.
Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: An officer responded to a Huntington Hts. home under construction to take a report of property damage to the home.
Graffiti: Officers took a report of graffiti on city property.
Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: An officer responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident. One female driver was cited.
Suicidal Person: Officers responded to a report of a suicidal subject located somewhere within
the city of Mesquite. Subject was located by officers and transported to the hospital.
DUI: Officers stopped a vehicle involved in a previous incident. The female adult driver of that vehicle was arrested for DUI-Alcohol.
June 13:
Burglary: Officers responded to an Arrowhead Ln residence reference a burglary. The suspect fled
officers on foot but was later located and taken into custody.
Missing Person: Officers took a report of a missing person. One adult male was entered in the
national database for missing persons.
Wanted Person: Detectives assisted the jail with transporting a wanted female from Purgatory Correctional Facility to Mesquite Detention Center.
Agency Assistance: Officer responded to an agency assist at a Pulsipher Ln. complex. Mesquite Fire and
Rescue was on scene stating one adult male was deceased.
Trespassing: An officer was dispatched to a W. Pioneer Blvd. business, in reference to a trespass. An
adult male subject was cited and released for contempt of court.
Controlled Substance Problem: Officers responded to a Lower Flat Top Mesa Blvd. business reference to a female causing a disturbance. The female suspect was arrested on possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
June 14:
Traffic accident W/O injury: An officer observed an accident involving one male on a moped. The male was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
Traffic Stop: Officers arrested an adult male who had a warrant out of Mesquite Muni Court.
Traffic Stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. After observing signs of drug use a K9 was used to detect the odor of illegal narcotics inside the vehicle. One female was arrested for illegal possession of a scheduled one substance methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Fraud: Officers responded to a credit union reference counterfeit savings bonds. A report was completed.
Fraud: Officers responded to a Weeping Rock Trl. residence reference a theft and fraud. A report was completed.
Traffic Stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, for a traffic offense. The driver, an adult male subject, was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance, open container, and driving on a suspended driver license.
Fraud: Officers responded to a Desert Dr. residence in reference to a lead on a suspect in a
previous fraud case. The suspect was identified. Officers will continue to attempt to locate this suspect.
June 15:
Wanted Person: An officer contacted a female who had a local warrant. The female was arrested for the warrant.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to a report of a power pole and power lines down in a
construction area due to a dump truck hitting the power lines. There were no injuries from the incident.

Suicidal Person: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. residence reference a mental subject.
