DUI: Officers responded to a local gas station reference an agency assist. The female was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and transported to Mesquite Detention Center where she was booked.
Trespassing: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino for a report of a theft. A patron involved was trespassed and refused to leave. He was arrested for trespass violation.
Vandalism: A report was taken for a damaged window. The cause of the damage is unknown and
the investigation is ongoing.
Civil matter: Officers responded to civil situation. R/P’s brick wall had been damaged by a
forklift, due to construction being done on the other side of the wall.
Hit & Run: Officers responded to a Hit and Run call on a private property parking lot.
Information report was completed.
Theft from vehicle: Spoke with resident who reported someone had taken cash from her vehicle. Report
Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: Officers responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian accident. Pedestrian was
transported to MVRH and driver was issued a citation.
Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: Officers responded to a single vehicle accident involving one motorcycle. The subject was transported to Dixie Regional Hospital with major injuries.
Juvenile problem: Officer responded to a Saddle Way residence for a report of a juvenile problem. The
RP stated her son refused to come home on time and requested he be cited for
DUI: Officer observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. Officer observed signs of impairment from the driver. The driver refused the standardized field sobriety test. The driver agreed to perform the preliminary breath test and blow a .180 Brac. The driver was arrested and transported to
Mesquite Detention Center where he was booked for driving under the influence first offence.
Wanted person: Officer responded to the local hospital for a male with active warrants out of
mesquite municipal court. The warrant was confirmed, and the male was transported
to Mesquite Detention Center.
Burglary: One adult female entered the school and took wallets from purses in classrooms.
Credit card charges were later made at various stores in Las Vegas.
Sexual assault: Responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino on a report of an alleged sexual assault. Spoke with R/P who was extremely intoxicated and was unable to provide details. R/P left with a family member and was advised to contact police when sober.
Assault: An officer responded to the Mesquite Police Department on a report of domestic
battery. The victim provided a written statement and an incident was created.
Suspicious person: Responded to the Mesquite Police Department regarding a possible fraud. R/P
advised no funds were taken only wants it as a matter of record.
DUI: Officer observed a traffic offence and conducted a traffic stop. Officer observed signs of impairment in the driver. The driver admitted to drinking prior to driving. The driver attempted the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The results of the test indicated the driver was too impaired to drive. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence, first offence, and transported to Mesquite Detention Center where she was booked.
Lost property: Officers contacted R/P regarding lost property and provided him the incident report. Lost property report has been completed.
Controlled Substance Problem: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a violation and observed signs of
criminal activity. After a K9 search, the male driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The male passenger was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Arizona.
Wanted person: Officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic offence. The driver was arrested for an active warrant.
Agency assistance: Officers assisted with a medical call at a local clinic on an adult female patient.
Sex offense: Officers made contact with an adult male who was not compliant with sex offender registration laws.
Theft from vehicle: Officer responded to the Mesquite Police Department reference a theft from a
vehicle. A report was completed.
Fraud: Officer responded to a residence reference a fraud. A report was completed.
Dead body: Officer responded to a residence reference a welfare check. Mesquite Fire and Rescue responded, and they confirmed one adult male was deceased.
Theft: Officers responded to a residence reference a theft report. The investigation is ongoing.

Background investigation: A Detective completed a business license background investigation.
Found property: Officer responded to a casino for a report of found property. Officer took
custody of the property.
Trespassing: Officers issued a citation on a female that had previously been trespassed and
returned to that property.
Domestic violence: Officers responded to a report of a possible domestic violence in progress. After investigation one male subject was taken into custody. One female was arrested on unrelated charges.
Controlled substance problem: Officers responded to a local casino to assist in impounding Drug Paraphernalia that was located on the property. An adult male was issued a citation for
possession of drug paraphernalia.

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officer responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident, where there were no
injuries reported. Officer conducted an accident investigation; one driver was issued a traffic citation.
Burglary: Officers responded to a report of a Carrara Ct. residence that had been burglarized. There was forcible entry and property taken. Detectives arrived to process the scene for evidence. The investigation is ongoing.
Property damage, non-vandalism: Officers responded to a trailer park reference a property damage. A report was completed for documentation purposes.
Probation violation: Officers conducted a traffic stop on an adult male who was in violation of his

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officers responded to an accident involving three vehicles. One adult female was issued a citation for a traffic offense.
Disorderly conduct: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino reference an intoxicated male. One adult male was arrested for breach of peace.
Minor possessing/Consuming: Officers responded to a casino in reference to an intoxicated male. The male was arrested for consuming alcohol as a minor.
Wanted person: Officers made contact with a male with a warrant out of the Mesquite Municipal Court. One adult male was booked for the warrant.
Trespassing: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino in reference to a trespass violator. One male adult was cited and released for trespassing.
Court order: Officers responded to a bar in reference to a court order violation. This incident was forwarded to the City Attorney for further review.
