Nov. 26:

Traffic stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a violation. The driver had an active arrest warrant out of Las Vegas Justice Court. He was arrested for the traffic violation and transported to the detention center to post bail.

Found property: A citizen located property on the side of the freeway. The property was booked into evidence for safekeeping.

Theft from vehicle: Report taken of items stolen from vehicle.

Domestic trouble: Officers responded to a parking lot reference a domestic battery. The suspect was gone prior to officers arriving on scene. The case will be submitted to the city prosecutor.

Minor possessing/consuming: Two adult males were cited and released for consumption of alcohol under the legal age of 21.

Nov. 27:

Agency assistance: Officers responded to assist EMT crew on a person with medical issues who had stopped breathing. The individual could not be resuscitated. Mesquite Police took over the scene. There was nothing suspicious.

Welfare check: Mesquite Officer responded to the area on 500 Hillside Drive reference a welfare check of a student.

Person on foot: Detectives located and arrested an adult female with an active Mesquite Justice

Court Warrant.

Fraud: Officers responded to the Police Department reference a fraud. A report was completed.

Property damage, non-vandalism: A report was taken for minor damage to a vehicle. The R/p wanted to make the incident a matter of record.

Nov. 28:

Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino reference a trespass violator. One adult male was issued a citation for trespassing and released.

Fraud: Officers responded to the Police Department reference a fraud. A report was completed.

Wanted person: A detective located an adult male with an active arrest warrant from the US Marshal Service.

Agency assistance: Officers responded to an agency assist call at a local residence. A female adult was deceased.

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officers observed a single vehicle collision. The female driver was found with illegal possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested on multiple charges.

Nov. 29:

Wanted person: Officer responded to the Justic Facility for a report of a female subject with an active warrant. Subject was taken into custody for the warrant.

Traffic stop: Officers conducted a stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The male driver of the vehicle was arrested.

Sexual assault: An officer was dispatched to a local hospital, in reference to an assault.

Mental person: Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance call.

Nov. 30:

Citizen assist: Officers took a report of fraudulent credit cards charges.

Indecent exposure: Officer responded to a report of a male subject observed urinating in public.

Subject was located and issued a citation.

Hit & Run: An officer was dispatched to a Sandhill Blvd. business, in reference to a hit and run traffic accident.

Person on foot: An officer stopped a pedestrian in the roadway, who had fallen off his bicycle.

This subject was taken into custody, for intoxicated pedestrian in the roadway.

Dec. 1:

Suspicious person: Officers responded to the hospital and took a report of a suspicious medical situation with juvenile female.

Assault/Battery: Officers responded to a local residence reference a report of an assault and stolen vehicle. One male was later located and taken into custody.

Wanted person: Officers located a female with a warrant issued by the Mesquite Justice Court. One adult female was arrested for the warrant.

Agency assistance: Officer was contacted by a business in California for a request for a courtesy report.

Verbal disturbance: Officer responded to a residence for a report of a fight in progress. Subjects agreed to go separate ways to cool off.

Domestic violence: Officers responded to a local residence reference a report of domestic violence. One male was taken into custody for domestic battery strangulation.

Trespassing: Officers responded to an unauthorized party at a rental property. Six minor adults were cited for minor in possession of alcohol. One female adult was also cited for trespassing.
