Sept. 23:

Suicidal person: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. business in reference to a suicide attempt. A female was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Indecent exposure: Officers responded to a W. Pioneer Blvd. business’ parking lot in reference to a suspicious incident. One female was cited for indecent exposure.

Traffic accident w/ damage: Officers responded to a W. Pioneer Blvd. business reference a one-vehicle involved traffic collision with a fire hydrant. A report was completed.

Traffic stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The adult male driver was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine.

Traffic accident w/ injuries: Officer completed a traffic accident report with no reported injuries.

Traffic accident w/o injury: Report taken on a two car collision on private property with no injuries.

Burglary: Officer completed a burglary report.

Domestic trouble: Officer completed a domestic battery report. One male was arrested for domestic battery first offence.

Person on foot: An officer observed a suspicious male jaywalking. The male had active warrants, was under the influence of drugs, and was arrested for jaywalking and trespassing.

Hit & Run: An officer responded to the parking lot of a business reference a hit and run accident involving minor damage. A police report was conducted and the investigation is ongoing.

Sept. 23:

Theft: Officer responded to a Grayce Dr. residence and completed a theft report.

Trespassing: Officer responded to an apartment complex on a report of a trespass violator. One adult male was cited and released for trespassing.

Suspicious person: Officer completed a reckless driver report.

Person on foot: Detectives attempted to conduct a pedestrian stop, but the male ran into the desert.

Lost property: Officer completed a lost property report.

Burglary: Report taken for a residential burglary. Report was completed and forward to the investigation division.

Sept. 25:

Lost property: Report of several pieces of jewelry stolen from a local hotel.

Traffic stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop on an driver using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle.

Sept. 26:

Theft: Officer responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino for a report of a theft of a wallet.

Theft from person: Officers responded to a N. Sandhill Blvd. business reference a report of a male stealing a purse and exiting the business. The male was located and taken into custody for larceny from person and burglary.

Burglary: Officers responded to a Paradise Pkwy residence on a burglary. The complainant stated it appeared there was nothing taken. There are no suspects at this time.

Domestic violence w/ weapon: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino reference a domestic battery. The case is currently being investigated.

Wanted person: One male adult was arrested on a warrant.

Domestic violence: Officers responded to a Prestwick Ct. home on a report of domestic violence. One male adult was arrested for battery on a protected person, domestic battery, and resisting arrest.

Sept. 27:

Mental person: Officers responded to a local residence reference a report of property damage. One male was transported to Mesa View Regional Medical Center for a Legal 2000 hold.

Controlled substance problem: Officers conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Officers observed a male passenger who was involved in a prior domestic violence with a deadly weapon incident, the male was taken into custody as the suspect of the incident. One male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. One female was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and heroin.

Found property: Officer responded to a Sage Way residence for a report of a found bicycle. Bicycle had not been reported stolen, and was secured at the justice facility for safe keeping.

Domestic violence: Officers responded to a Thompson Dr. residence on a report of domestic violence. One adult female was arrested for battery domestic violence.

Sept. 28:

Civil dispute: Officers responded to a Glade Rd. residence reference a verbal dispute about a dog. A report was taken for documentation purposes.

Fraud: Officers received a report of fraudulent checks being cashed in Mesquite. A report was taken and the case is currently being investigated.

Graffiti: Officer responded to a Second South St. park for a report of graffiti in the restroom. Officer photographed the graffiti and contacted city maintenance to have it removed. Investigation is ongoing.

Wanted person: Officers observed a male at a local gas station with a local warrant. Officers confirmed the warrant and the male was taken into custody.

Traffic accident w/ injuries: Officers responded to a local casino reference a report of an auto vs pedestrian accident.

Found property: An officer was approached and given a machete that was found on the side of the road while she was walking. The machete was booked into safekeeping.

Wanted person: One female adult was arrested on a bench warrant.

Lost property: Officers took a report of lost property at an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino.

Sept. 29:

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officers assisted NHP with a two vehicle accident with no injuries on northbound Interstate-15 mile marker 122.  A report was taken.

Fraud: Officer completed an initial fraud report.
