Rene Pintor
On May 14 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Mesquite Narcotics Detectives concluded a lengthy investigation involving multiple suspects trafficking and distributing crystal meth and heroin in Mesquite. Detectives were involved in multiple purchases of illegal drugs and also assisted the Drug Enforcement Agency with investigating one of the involved suspects who was also currently under federal investigation.
Sirena Abbott, 37, of Mesquite Nevada, was arrested and charged with: Two felony counts of sales of a controlled substance (meth), two felony counts of trafficking a controlled substance (meth), one felony count of transporting a controlled substance (meth), two felony counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act, one felony count of sales of a controlled substance (heroin), and one felony count of habitual criminal.
Joshua Pineda
Joshua Pineda, 29, of Saint George Utah, was arrested and taken into custody by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), on federal drug and charges. Pineda also has multiple felony charges pending as a result of this investigation.
Rene Pintor, 25, of Saint George Utah, is currently in custody at the Mesquite Detention Center serving a sentence for previous criminal convictions. Rene Pintor also has multiple felony charges pending as a result of this investigation.
Sirena Abbott
Due to the felony charges, Sirena Abbott was transported and booked into the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas Nevada.
