April 8:
Traffic stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of the driver
for DUI.
Lost property: An officer received a report of a lost ring from an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino motel room.
Theft: An officer responded to a W. Pioneer Blvd. business for a report of a theft’ two citations were issued to adult suspects.
Trespassing: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. casino reference a trespass violator. An adult male was
cited for trespassing.
April 9:
Traffic accident W/O injury: Mesquite Officers responded to a local intersection reference a traffic accident.
Trespassing: Responded to a trespass violator at Mesa Blvd. casino. Intoxicated adult male refused
to leave property when asked by security. Male was placed under arrest without
incident.
Suspicious person: Officers responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. business on a reported burglary. The investigation is ongoing.
Property damage, non-vandalism: Officer responded to a Crystal Ct. residence reference property damage. An information report was completed.
Runaway juvenile: Officer took a report of a runaway juvenile. Photos were obtained and
information provided to Law Enforcement Agencies. Will ATL within city limits
and advise AZ.
Property damage, non-vandalism: Officer responded to a report of graffiti at the Sinclair Gas Station. A report was taken for vandalism.
Lost property: An officer received a report of a lost Macbook Air Computer.
Traffic accident W/O injury: An officer observed a minor private property accident.
Burglary: Officer responded to a Mesa Blvd. residence to take a report on a burglary. The RP reported their storage closet was broken into and miscellaneous items were taken.
Domestic violence: A male adult was arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Mesquite Detention Center and booked.
April 10:
Fraud: An officer responded to a Rancho Cir. residence for a lost wallet.
Burglary: An officer responded to a N. Sandhill Blvd. business for a burglary.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Officer responded to a two vehicle collision on a public roadway. No injuries were claimed and a report was taken.
Trespassing: Officer responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. casino regarding a trespasser. One adult male was cited and released for trespassing.
Traffic stop: One adult male was arrested for driving on suspended license, no proof of
insurance, and traffic offenses.
April 11:
Agency Assistance: Detectives arrested a male who had an outstanding felony warrant for attempted murder.
Lost property: Officer completed a written lost property report.
Controlled substance problem: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic offense. One female was found in possession of heroin and methamphetamine and taken into custody.
Lost property: Officer responded to the lobby of the police department for a report of lost property.
April 12:
Found property: Officer responded to a W. First North St. park for a report of found property. Officer took custody of a bicycle and secured it for safe keeping.
Domestic violence: An adult male was arrested for domestic battery.
Theft: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. casino reference a report of theft.
Wanted person: A Detective located an adult male with an outstanding Mesquite Municipal Court warrants.
Lost property: Officers responded to a local business for a report lost property.
Controlled substance problem: Officers contacted two male subjects inside a Mesa Blvd. business. Both were found in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and were arrested.
April 13:
Trespassing: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino, in reference to a trespass call. Two adult male subjects were cited and released for trespassing.
Missing person: Officers located a missing male adult.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Mesquite Officer responded to a local school reference a vehicle accident.
Stolen vehicle: Officer completed a report on a stolen motor home.
Wanted person: A male was located and arrested for and active arrest warrant. The male was
transported to the detention center and booked on the warrant.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino reference a report of a private property accident. One male was cited and released for smoking marijuana in a moving
vehicle.
Recovered stolen vehicle: Officers responded to a N. Sandhill Blvd. business parking lot for a stolen vehicle. One male and one female were arrested.
Controlled substance problem: An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and subsequently seized
marijuana from a juvenile. The juvenile was subsequently issued a citation and released with a court date.
April 14:
Theft: Officer responded to a business on a report of stolen property. An information
report was completed.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Report of two vehicle collision on the interstate. One vehicle remained on
scene, second vehicle was gone on arrival. No information on second vehicle. No injuries.
Trespassing: Issued citation for trespass at a W. Mesquite Blvd. casino. Subject was released with a court
date.
Domestic Violence: An adult female was taken into custody for domestic battery.
