March 18:
Traffic accident W/O injury: Officer responded to traffic accident on private property. Vehicle owners exchanged information; nothing further.
Recovered stolen vehicle: A vehicle stolen from Mesquite was recovered by another jurisdiction.
Wanted person: An adult male was arrested for a outstanding felony warrant. The male was taken into custody without incident and will be transported to CCDC and booked
Nuisance or minor disturbance: Officers responded to a Pulsipher Ln. residence for a report of a female causing a disturbance. The female was later transported to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
Domestic trouble: Officer responded to a Bridle Path Ln residence for a report of a domestic. A male was taken into custody for Domestic battery 1st offense.
March 19:
Traffic accident w/ injuries: Officers responded to a two vehicle accident in a roadway, report was completed. One adult female was cited for traffic offense.
Agency assistance: Officers responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. residence for a report of an individual who was yelling and screaming. The male was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
Wanted person: A female was located and arrested for and active arrest warrant. The female was transported to the detention center and booked on the warrant.
TPO violation: An adult male was arrested for violation of a TPO, and trespassing. He transported to the detention center and booked without incident.
March 20:
Burglary: Officers responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. burglary. Investigation is on-going.
Theft: An officer took a report of lost property.
Lost property: An officer responded to a report of lost property.
Stolen vehicle: Employee went to work at an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino, after she got off, she returned to her vehicle to find it missing. The vehicle was reported stolen.
March 21:
Burglary: Report was completed of business burglary. Investigation is ongoing.
Theft: Officer responded to a local RV Park for a report of a burglary that had occurred. Officer took the report and investigation is ongoing.
Traffic accident w/ injuries: Officers responded to a report of a traffic accident involving a motorist and pedestrian. Officer completed a traffic accident investigation and report.
Theft: Officer responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. hotel for a report of vandalism. Officer took the report and investigation is ongoing.
Stolen vehicle: An officer responded to a report of a stolen trailer. The trailer was located and an adult male was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.
Dead body: Officers responded to an agency assist call at a Mesquite Springs Dr.residence. A male adult was deceased. The coroner arrived and examined the body, and determined there was no foul play involved in his death.
March 22:
Domestic violence: Officers responded to a Mesquite Springs Dr. residence on a report of domestic violence. One male suspect was no longer on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Officer completed a traffic accident report with no injuries.
Person on foot: Officers made contact with 3 juveniles. One male juvenile was taken into custody for an active warrant. The male was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to a local intersection for a report of a minor traffic accident. Officers completed a traffic accident report.
Traffic stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a violation. A female passenger was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Mesquite Municipal Court. The driver was released with warnings.
March 23:
Truancy: Mesquite Officer responded to a local school reference a truant student.
Theft: Officer responded to the Police Department lobby for a citizen reporting a theft of property. Officer took the report and investigation is ongoing.
Sexual assault: Officer took a report of a sexual assault. Information will be passed on to detectives to complete the investigation.
Hit & Run: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino parking lot reference a hit and run collision. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect vehicle and driver and issued him a citation and released him with a court date.
Controlled substance problem: An officer conducted an investigative stop on a male smoking marijuana in a city park. The male was arrested for a no bail warrant and for consuming marijuana in public.
Theft from vehicle: Officers took a report of a theft from vehicle over the phone.
Trespassing: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. business on a report of trespassing. One male was given a citation for trespassing and breach of peace.
March 24:
Sexual assault: Officers responded to a W. Hafen Ln. residence on a report of a sexual assault involving two juvenile family members. A report was taken and forwarded to the Mesquite Investigations Department.
Person on foot: Officers conducted a stop on a male for jaywalking. The male was taken into custody for warrants and transported to Clark County Detention Center in Las
Vegas.
