Cindy Lee Howe, born May 28, 1954 went to Heaven Nov. 22, 2016 after her battle with emphysema and cancer in St. George, Utah.
She was born in Ely, Nev. To Jerome and Helen Green and raised in McGill, Nev. Cindy loved animals and the outdoors as well as her family and friends.

She’s gone but not forgotten, forever in our hearts.
There will be an informal celebration of life at the home of David K. and Leighann Ingle, her nephew and niece, in Mesquite where she last resided, 493 Pinyon Lane on Dec. 3, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m.
All of her family and friends are welcome to come by and share a memory with her family.
My sincere condolences to Cindy’s family and many friends. May she R.I.P. and dance with the angels .
I am so sorry to hear of Cindys passing. We were neighbors for many years. Cindy was younger than me but we hung out together a lot. She died the day after her sister Bonnie Green Ingles birthday and on my birthday. Bonnie was one day older than me and passed away way to young. Cindy was a kind, loving, and funny woman. We always had a good time together. I will miss her.
