Toti said there wasn’t a specific reason for selling the first golf course opened in Mesquite in the late 1990s. It has always been affiliated with previous iterations of Mesquite Gaming that also owns the CasaBlanca golf course.
“We don’t need two golf courses,” Toti said. “But, we don’t need to sell it either. It’s no big deal if we don’t sell it. We’ll continue to maintain it just as we always have and continue keeping it as a fun place to play golf.”
Toti said the price tag for the approximately 200 acres is about $3 million.
