For the second year in a row, the Mesquite Elks Lodge #2811 was awarded the Best Public Relations Program for 2015 – 2016 during the Nevada State Elks Conference held in North Las Vegas from April 14-17. Mesquite Exalted Ruler, Bill Oskin, presented Larry Todd, Public Relations Chair for the Mesquite Elks Lodge, with the trophy on Thursday, April 21 during the Lodge business meeting.
Oskin stated, “Larry’s on-going public relations efforts were judged to be the best in the State. The information about our Lodge and the good work we do throughout the year allow the members of the community to learn about our Lodge through his press releases and photographs.
“The Mesquite Elks Lodge is recognized as one of the best in the State and this accomplishment for the second year in a row exemplifies the outstanding efforts of our membership and our service to the community”, said Oskin.
