Bulldog wrestlers Jacob Baird and Ty Smith cap a great season by winning individual titles Saturday, Feb. 20 at the N.I.A.A wrestling championships at Primm, Nevada. Smith breezed through his 106 Lbs. opponents, winning by fall in the first round of three straight matches. Baird won his 120 Lbs. class by 10-4 decision over his opponent from Elko.

Crescent Crandall placed fourth at 152 Lbs. Senior Cache Burnside wrestling at 182 Lbs. won third place with a fall at 2:46. Arden Bundy lost his quarterfinal match at 220 Lbs. by a close 7-5 decision. The Bulldogs scored 76 points, good enough for a fourth place finish, The Dawgs had the highest placing of any 1-A team from the Southern Region.
