November is the start of the holiday season.  Local Mesquite real estate agents helped 39 residential properties find new owners just in time to celebrate the season.

An additional 54 properties and 5 single family lots went into pending status for closure at a later date. Although this information does include some new home sales, it does not include all new home or private (for sale by owner) home sales.

Real estate professionals reported that 29 single family homes closed/sold during November 2015.  The lowest priced home, a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,024 SF home in the Rivers Bend neighborhood sold for $112,500; the highest priced homes, a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath, 2,587 SF home in the Falcon Crest subdivision sold for $505,000.

During this same time, 2 condominiums and 8 townhomes sold.  The condominiums located in the Rock Springs I, and Rock Springs II subdivisions sold for $68,500 and $79,000. The lowest priced townhome residence, a 1,078 SF, 2 bedroom/1.75 bath home in The Crossings subdivision sold for $119,900; the highest priced townhome residence, a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,979 SF home in the Ventana neighborhood sold for $266,000.
