The Virgin Valley High School Lady Bulldog volleyball team outlasted the Eagles from Boulder City Tuesday night in Boulder City 3-2. One of the most anticipated volleyball match of the year finished as advertised and did not disappoint volleyball aficionados from both sides of the court.

After a short break, the Dawgs put the Eagles away 15-9 in the final game to go away victors.

Emma Barnum was strong on the net with nine kills, two blocks and two aces. Dylan Bryant chipped in seven kills to help the Dawgs attack. The win put the Lady Dawgs on top of the 1-A Sunrise League standings with a 4-0 record and 14-7 for the season. The Dawgs travel to Del Sol Thursday, Desert Pines on Monday October 5 before hosting TECH on October 7.
