- E-11, R-11, Battalion 3 Responded to a local grocery store for a smell of smoke in the structure. Arrived to find smell of smoke and a light haze in the store. Store evacuated. Isolated the problem to an A/C unit on the roof and that unit was turned off. Smoke immediately cleared out. Management advised to leave unit off until it can be repaired.
- E-11, T-31, R-11 Responded to residence in Sunset Greens for a reported odor of smoke in the home. Arrived with no visible smoke or fire. Unable to detect any odor of smoke anywhere in the home. Confirmed no source of heat with thermal imaging.
- E-11, R-11, Bunkerville Fire, NHP, Medic West all responded to a 3 vehicle collision on Interstate 15 at mm 111. Found 14 total occupants of the vehicles with 4 persons requesting transport to hospital. 2 patients transported by Mesquite Fire and 2 patients transported by Bunkerville Fire to Mesa View Hospital for evaluation of what appeared to be non life threatening injuries.
Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found and Incidents handled by other agencies.
