Tonight is your last chance, so don’t miss out on the best entertainment this year when Mesquite Kids take the stage for “Broadway Beat” tonight at 7 p.m. at the Mesquite Community Theatre.
“Broadway Beat” is a review including a variety of Broadway shows such as The King and I, Wicked, Grease and Hairspray with a special medley called “Disney on Stage” which will include music from such shows as The Lion King, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast and Mary Poppins.
Tickets to the show, “Broadway Beat!” will be $6 for adults and $4 for children, and are available to purchase at all MCT Satellites (Chamber of Commerce, Fine Arts Gallery, Danielle’s Chocolates, and Have Boutique, Will Travel). Tickets are also now available online at http://gmaf.tix.com.
The Eureka Casino Resort along with the Eureka Community Initiative program produces one of Mesquite’s most entertaining live fireworks shows featuring the Nevada Pops on Independence Day and have been since 2010.
The July 4 event is free to the public and don’t forget to stop by some of the community organizations’ booths where you can learn about each of the 501c3 non-profit groups from We Care for Animals to the Exchange Club of Mesquite and find out how you can help by donating or volunteering.
