6/25/15

  • T-31, E-11, R-11, Chief 1, Chief 2 Responded to a paint store on Riverside Road for a report of smoke coming from the roof.  Arrived with no smoke or fire showing.  AC repairman advises he is actively repairing a unit and a cloud of freon escaped and is the likely cause.  States no units are smoking or on fire.  Confirmed no fire in the structure and units cleared.

6/26/15    

  • E-11, R-11, R-31 Responded to a condominium complex off of Mesa Blvd. for a reported gas leak. Arrived to find a smell of propane in the pool area near a 500 gallon tank.  No obvious leaks to tank.  Tank turned off.  Property representative advised that tank was likely venting due to the high outside temperature today but that it also needed to be inspected by the servicing company before being put back in service.

6/27/15

  • E-31, R-11 Responded to I-15 mm 117 for a reported horse trailer on fire.  Arrived with smoldering underneath the trailer.  Driver reports he ran over a mattress and it caught fire.  Remaining fire extinguished and mattress removed.   Some damage to wiring underneath trailer.  Horses not injured.

6/29/15

  • E-11, R-31 Responded with multiple Clark County Fire units to I-15 mm 108 for a reported single vehicle rollover with ejection.  First arriving Mesquite R-31 found the lone occupant ambulatory and complaining of minor injuries.  He denies that he was ejected and states he was wearing his seatbelt.  Allowed evaluation by Paramedics but refused transport to hospital.   Mesquite handled and all Clark County Fire units as well as Mercy Air 11 were cancelled.

Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found, Incidents handled by other agencies.
