SUSPENDED LICENSE/SPEEDING – LITTLEFIELD (ARIZONA STRIP)
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Heather Osborne Rickard, 36, of West Valley City, UT, Tuesday (11/4) evening for driving with a suspended license and speed greater than reasonable and prudent, both misdemeanors. Approximately 8:23 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Interstate 15 at milepost 15. Deputies contacted Rickard, the driver. A records check showed Rickard to have a suspended driver’s license. Rickard was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mesquite Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
