PVDR LogoPeaceful Valley Donkey Rescue (PVDR) Scenic AZ Satellite Adoption Center is featured in a Groupon Grassroots fund raising campaign Beginning at Midnight October 6, 2014 until October 12, 2014. We are excited and thankful for the opportunity to participate in this charitable event that will assist in providing food for our rescued donkeys.

Below is the information on the campaign. Remember -you will have to register for Groupon and can easily unsubscribe afterward if you don’t want to stay on the list. These donations are tax-free. Lots of great discount coupons available.

Please share this with your friends and family. We hope to have a very successful donation campaign thanks to people like you supporting the rescue.

Once the campaign is live tonight, clicking the link below will take you to the donation page:

Donations are in increments of $10. The Champaign begins on October 6, 2014 and ends October 12, 2014. 100% goes for food for the donkeys.

If you’re not familiar with Groupon Grassroots, it’s an email campaign that is sent to Groupon subscribers. Instead of offering merchandise or a service, the $10 Groupon purchase goes directly to the featured non-profit organization. Groupon sends the complete amount of the donation, not taking a percentage/fee. The donor must be a Groupon subscriber (easy to register, just as easy to unsubscribe after a donation is made).  We have used Groupon many times to find services at a discount in our area with great success and huge savings. It is a very organized, powerful and first rate shopping and savings site.

Grassroots branch of Groupon provides certified charities the opportunity to utilize their platform for short term fund raising.

Easy to sign up – www.groupon.com — activate account from your email account. That’s it.

We are honored to have been chosen as a feature charity on Groupon Grassroots and are very excited about the possibility of this event being a very effective way of fundraising few dollars to help feed the over 2000 donkeys currently under the care of PVDR.

Thank you for your support!
