I have been discovering the vast local talent of business executives right here in Mesquite. They are one of our many untapped resources unique to our community who have had or continue to have outstanding careers running mega corporations or owning their own small business/businesses – some from all over the world.
I’m so impressed by their professional backgrounds and amazing knowledge base. They now call Mesquite home and the best part is some of these executive gems are ready and eager to give back to help the business owners of Mesquite. I can’t put a price tag on tapping into decades of experience and expertise but have been forced to. How does free work for you?
We are working with Southern Nevada SCORE in Las Vegas to set up a satellite office in Mesquite by fall. Who is SCORE and what can they do for you? SCORE is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). They are dedicated to educating entrepreneurs, and the formation, growth and success of small business. Their confidential mentoring to both startups and existing businesses through face-to-face, and telephone counseling is provided free of charge. They are dedicated to the success of small businesses.
If you are dreaming of owning your own business or a current business owner who could benefit from business experts, SCORE is the place to start. Seasoned business executives provide free counseling in areas such as: Marketing and Sales, Advertising and PR, Planning and Control, Business Loans, Cash Management, HR Management, Patent and Copyright, Strategic Planning, Business Operations and Growth Opportunities and more.
