On June 13, 2017, Mesquite resident Joan Van Duyne passed away in a Provo, Utah specialty hospital. She was 82.
She, with husband Jim, owned the Postnet Express postal, shipping and related business services located inside Smith’s Food and Drug Store from 1996 to 2007.
A Celebration of Life will occur at a later date, with date and location to be announced.
