Dec. 8:

Battery on Person: Officers responded to a casino reference a report of a fight in progress. One

male was cited and released for battery on a female.

Suspicious Person: Officers responded to a disturbance at a local casino. Upon investigation

discovered male was the adverse party of a protection order and was not allowed

to be in possession of a firearm. The male was arrested for violation the order.

Fraud: Officers responded to a residence and took a report of a fraud.

Theft: Officers responded to a Hagens Alley residence and took a report of a burglary.

Traffic Stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. The

driver was cited for drug paraphernalia.

Wanted Person: An officer contacted a female who had a local warrant. The female was

arrested for the warrant.

Dec. 9:

Controlled Substance Problem: Officer responded to Mesa View Hospital on a report of illegal drugs being in possession of an adult female patient. A report was completed.

Traffic Accident w/ Damage: Officers responded to a report of accident with alleged gunshots. Officers

arrived on scene and determined there was a two-vehicle collision, however there were no gunshots as reported.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Report of two vehicle collision taken.

Traffic accident W/O injury: An officer gathered information on report of a traffic accident. No injuries

were reported.

Fraud: An officer gathered information on report of fraudulent activity involving his

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: An officer responded to report of property damage at a supermarket.

Dec. 10:

Trespassing: Officers responded to a trespass incident. An adult male was arrested for

trespassing and breech of peace.

Traffic accident W/O injury: An officer was traveling and observed two vehicles with apparent damage from a collision. One driver was issued a citation.

Controlled Substance Problem: Officers responded to a residence for a report of suspected drug use. An adult male was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wanted Person: Officer responded to the local hospital and found a male with an outstanding

warrant out of Mesquite Municipal Court. The male was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Mesquite Detention Center.

Dec. 11:

Traffic Accident w/ Injuries: Officers responded to an intersection reference a two vehicle accident with

minor injuries. One adult female was issued a citation for traffic offenses.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officer complete a traffic accident report.

Welfare Check: Officers conducted a welfare check on an elderly male. One male was found

deceased on arrival.

Dec. 12:

Suspicious Person: Officer completed a fraud report.

Minor Possessing: Officers cited an adult male for having an open container of alcohol in his


Hit & Run: Officers took a report of a hit and run that occurred in a private parking lot.

Juvenile Problem: Officer transported a juvenile female to Mesa View Hospital for a mental health


Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officer responded to residence for a report of property damage.

Traffic Stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a registration violation. One

male adult was arrested for the possession of drug paraphernalia and open

container of alcohol.

Dec. 13:

Wanted Person: Transported one adult male from CCDC to MDC on a warrant.

Traffic Stop: Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The female adult driver of

the vehicle was arrested on multiple drug charges.

Fighting IP W/ Weapon: Officers were dispatched to a local address, in reference to a fight in

progress.  An adult male subject was taken to the hospital for injuries to his abdomen and head.

Assault: Officers arrested one male for battery at a local casino.

Wanted Person: Officers responded to a convenience store in reference to a possible DUI. One

male adult was arrested for an active warrant.

Dec. 14:

DUI: Officers responded to a traffic accident, one adult male was arrested for DUI

Disorderly Conduct: Officers responded to a local casino reference a disorderly male. Male was

located and arrested for breach of peace and resisting officers.

Lost Property: Officer completed a stolen license plate report.
