If you’ve had the opportunity to visit Mesquite’s little gem of a theater, you’re probably used to buying tickets at certain outlets in town, but things have changed.

Beginning now, and through the 2019-20 season you can purchase your tickets from new outlets.

You can still buy tickets at the Mesquite Community Theatre (MCT) box office one hour before showtimes and the Mesquite Fine Arts Center located at 15 W. Mesquite Blvd.

New ticket outlets, available for your convenience, are The Front Porch Flowers and Gifts, 61 N. Sandhill Blvd. If you live on the other side of town, Mesquite Veterinary Clinic’s staff members are happy to help you out; they are located at 371 Riverside Rd.

Don’t forget, you can also buy online at www.mctnv.com, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

There is a fee for online purchases, but tickets purchased at the box office by credit card will not cost you additional fees.

Visit the theater on Oct. 12 when ‘Dry Heat’, Mesquite’s new Jazz sensation, opens the MCT season. Dry Heat is an ensemble of Mesquite musicians who also participate in the Southern Nevada Symphony Orchestra. Dry Heat is a 10-piece band with two each trumpets, trombones and saxes with the addition of a clarinet, piano, bass and drummer.

Tickets for the show are $15.

The MCT is located at 150 N. Yucca St. For more information contact the Virgin Valley Theatre Group at 702-345-4499.
