Sept. 15:

 Reckless Driver: Officer observed a vehicle traveling on the wrong side of the road against traffic. Upon conducting a traffic stop, the driver was placed under arrest for DUI.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers responded to a residence and took a report on damage to a vehicle.

Suspicious Person: An officer responded to a local church in reference to vandalism.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a residence for a report of a trespass. One adult male was seen leaving the area and located he arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fighting: Officers responded to a casino reference a fight. One adult male was arrested

or battery on a Police Officer and other charges.

Sept. 16:

Domestic Violence: Officers responded to a casino reference a domestic. One adult male was arrested for domestic battery.

Stolen Vehicle: Officers responded to a Grapevine Dr. residence and took a report on a stolen vehicle. This investigation is still ongoing.

Wanted Person: An adult male was taken into custody for an active bench warrant. He was booked into the Mesquite Detention Center on the warrant.

Citizen Assist: A report was completed for an alleged statement of a male juvenile making a statement of suicide.

Sept. 17:

Welfare Check: Officers responded to a welfare check. While investigating the Officer discovered a physical domestic battery had occurred. One subject was taken into custody as a result of the investigation.

Lost Property: Officers responded to Mesquite Police Department and took a report on a lost driver’s license.

Suspicious Vehicle: Officer observed a vehicle at a local casino which returned with several hits for the registered owner out of state warrants.

Fraud: Officers responded to Mesquite Police Department and took a report of a fraud.

Missing Person: Officer gathered information on report of a missing individual.

Tue Sep 17 17:50:10 PDT 2019 6146 spoke to Reno Police dept dispatch to have a welfare check done on Alex. they looked at the address for him, and it is an industrial area, not a residential area.  also they said since the mother has tried to contact the son Alex, and he is ignoring her, that they would not do a welfare check on him.

Lost property: Officers responded to Mesquite Police Department and took a report on a lost

driver’s license.

Sept. 18:

DUI: Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call. One adult male was arrested for

driving under the influence.

Traffic Stop: Officers conducted a traffic stop where the driver of the vehicle was arrested

for a warrant out of Mesquite Municipal Court.

TPO Violation: Officers responded to the Mesquite Police Department reference a protective order violation. The case has been submitted to the City Attorney for review of criminal charges.

Found Property: Officers took a report of found property.

Sept. 19:

False Information: Officers responded to an intersection reference a suspicious person. The male

failed to identify himself and was arrested for obstruction of justice.

Dead Body: Officers responded to a residence reference an agency assist. One adult male was found deceased inside the residence. The Clark County Coroner responded to process the scene and found the death to be natural and not suspicious.

Miscellaneous CAD Call Record: Officer responded to the police department for a report of a citizen requesting information on a possible temporary protection order.

Fraud: Officer responded to the Mesquite Police Department reference a fraud. There are no suspects currently.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle: Officer completed a recovered vehicle report.

Hit & Run: Officers responded to a parking lot reference a hit and run. The suspect vehicle has not been identified.

Fraud: Officer took a report of a fraud. Suspect was identified and investigation is ongoing.

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers took a report of property damage on a parked vehicle.

Sept. 20:

TPO Violation: Officers responded to a call-in reference to a protective order violation. All efforts are being made to locate the suspect

Agency Assistance: Officers took a report in reference to a female who began walking behind a car and was struck while the vehicle was backing out of the parking stall in a private parking lot at a casino on W. Mesquite Blvd.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to the south roundabout for a report of a minor traffic accident. Officer completed an accident report.

TPO Violation: Officers responded to a residence reference a TPO Violation. The case will be submitted to the City Attorney for review of criminal charges.

Lost Property: Officer completed a lost property report.

Theft: Officer completed a theft report on Bannock St.

Minor Gambling: Officers arrived at Casa Blanca for a report of a minor gambling. A minor was

arrested for gambling and transported to the Mesquite Detention Center.

Sept. 21:

Property Damage, Non-Vandalism: Officers took a report of property damage on a vehicle.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a report of a individual, James Hold, Trespassing at the Casa Blanca Resort. James was located and issued a citation.

Minor Gambling: Officers responded to a casino in reference to a minor gambling. One adult minor was cited and released from underage gambling.
