Some calls that Mesquite Fire and Rescue receives are not always included in the report, as a synopsis is not received. To show the amount of work our Fire and Rescue workers do, we are including a weekly roster of stats. There were 44 calls this week:

Aug. 11:
Sick Person: Rescue 11 responded to a report of a Sick Person. One patient was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Unconscious: Rescues 11 and 32 responded to a report of Unconsciousness. One patient was
transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Aug. 12:
Abdominal Pain: Rescue 11 dispatched to a report of abdominal pain. One patient transported to Mesa View Hospital.
Convulsions: Rescues 11, 32, Battalion 3 and Mesquite PD responded to a report of a seizure. One patient was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Aug. 13:
Chest Pain: Rescue 11 responded for a person with complaint of chest pain. One person was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Convulsions: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded for complaints of a person having a seizure. One person was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Aug. 14:
Sick Person: Rescue 11 called for sick person. Rescue 11 responded treated. Patient declined transport and signed AMA Form.
Aug. 15:
Patient transport: Station 3 paged out for Interfacility transport from local hospital for ALS to Utah local hospital for Chest Pain
Psychiatric: Rescue 32 paged out for 35-year-old Female, possibly having psychological problems; transported to Local Hospital.
Aug. 16:
Falls: Rescue 11 responded to a call for a person involved in a ground level fall. Rescue 11 cleared the scene and was placed back into service after being a lift assist only.
Breathing: Rescue 11 responded for a male with breathing problems, crew treated and transported to requested hospital DRMC.
Aug. 17:
Falls: Rescue 11 responded to a report of a fall. One patient was transported to Mesa View Regional Hospital.
Locked in vehicle: The request for assistance was cancelled prior to any tones being initiated or units being assigned.
