Some calls that Mesquite Fire and Rescue receives are not always included in the report, as a synopsis is not received. To show the amount of work our Fire and Rescue workers do, we are including a weekly roster of stats. There were 66 calls this week:

June 23:

Hemorrhage: Rescue 11 dispatched to the report of a hemorrhage. One person was evaluated and signed out against medical advice.

Sick Person: Rescue 31, Rescue 32, and Rescue 11 dispatched to the report of a sick person. One person was transported to the local hospital.

June 24:

Trauma: Rescue 31 and Rescue 11 dispatched to the report of head trauma. One person was evaluated and signed out against medical advice.

Chest Pain: Rescue 11 and Engine 31 responded to a report of Chest Pain. One patient was transported to a local hospital.

June 25:

Cardiac Arrest: Rescues 11 and 32 responded to a report of a Cardiac Arrest. Patient was found to be deceased.

Agency Assist: Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to a report of a single vehicle accident. One patient was transported to a local hospital. A second patient was treated, but refused transport and signed out against medical advice.

June 26:

MVA with Injury: Engine 31 and Rescue 31 responded to Pioneer and Horizon for a single vehicle

rollover. One person transported to the local hospital for evaluation.

Trauma: Rescue 31 responded to a local casino for a report of a person fallen. One person transported to the local hospital.

June 27:

Fire Alarm: Engine 31 and Rescue 31 responded to the reports of a fire alarm. Fire alarm malfunction, non-smoke nor fire.

Falls: Rescue 11 responded to the reports of a fallen victim. Patient was transported

to local hospital.

June 28:

Breathing: Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to the reports of a person having difficulty breathing. Patient was transported to local hospital.
